Our 6,000+ m²factory is located in Shenzhen, China, and employs a skilled R&D team of 20+ engineers. Firstly, we need you to provide us with wire specifications through technical drawings(CAD or PDF) or samples. Then we will optimize the design and deliver you a sample for testing if needed. If confirmed, we will enter mass production.

For custom OEM orders, you need to provide us with schematics like CAD, PDF, or DWG, and give us basic wire specifications like connector type, wire gauges, so let our expert can figure out your required products. If there are no files, you can share samples with detailed requirements, we can optimize designs and send drafts for approval.

Our typical lead times are 1-2 weeks for prototypes and 2- 4 weeks for bulk orders. Concrete time depends on complexity and actual situations.

We don’t have a minimum original quantity for prototypes. For bulk orders, MOQ need to start at 500pcs. The cost will be optimized according to quantity.

We provide technical support for troubleshooting and installations. You can ask our sales and experts if there are any problems. We also provide 12 month warranty in case of any defects.

Designs are changeable before tooling begins. If you want to change during mid-production, we will assess feasibility and adjust as much as possible to minimize disruption and cost loss.
