1 Customer's Requirements

We would like to know the customer’s requirements about the cable assembly, such like the size, material, and also part number of compoments, via drawing, pictures or just description.

2 Analyzing

Our engineering team will provide their suggestion as per customer’s requirement. Mark all the detail of each part, such as the wire length, diameter, and part number of connectors.

3 Quoting

Our calculating team will calculate the cost of the cable assembly base on the parts suggested by Our engineers, then quote to customer.

4 Sampling

Afer approval of the pricing, we will provide samples for testing and confirmation.

5 Drawing

Once the samples approval, we will prepare drawing for comfirmation before mass production.

6 Construct

Customer approve and sign back the drawing, then our engineering team will release.The drawing and build BOM in ERP for the cable assembly.

7 Mass Production

All the pre-production work is ready, we will run the order as per regular produce process.

100% testing and full inspection

8 QC

100% testing and full inspection. We test and inspect all the cable assemblies one by one before packing.

9 Packing

Pack the cable assemblies as per requirement or as per our standard exporting package requirement.

The manufacturing process mainly includes 6 steps: 1. Cutting(cut into the required length); 2. stripping(remove the insulation); 3. Crimping (clamp wire ends to the connectors); 4. assembly(connect components); 5. Bundling(arrange different wires); 6. Testing(check functions).

Firstly, define the roles of the harness to analyze requirements; design the circuit diagram; Coordinate the physical configuration for mechanical design; Determine the manufacturing process, such as cutting, stripping, crimping, and more.

Before setup, we will mainly make those tests for quality assurance: Wire & Cable Conductor Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Insertion and Extraction Force Testing, Terminal, Pull Force Testing, and environmental testing.
